On The War Path

The Annual ACBS celebration this year in nearby Burlington Vermont hosted by the Lake Champlain Chapter.

September 5th -10th, 2022.

Historically, the Champlain Valley is at the center of “The Great Warpath” that witnessed most of the major conflicts that defined early North America. For those that can spend more than the 2-3 days of the Show, there is much to see along our 120 mile pristine, mountain ringed lake. So hopefully you can bring your boat!

The new Burlington Harbor Marina and adjacent Waterfront Park will be the locus of the events.

For the more adventurous attendees there will be 3-4 day cruises to the show site from Montreal and Kingston NY.

Many Shorter cruises include:

1) the Saratoga National Battlefield  2) The restored Fort Ticonderoga

3) Plattsburgh and Valcour Island   4) The Canadian Ile aux Noix

on the outlet of Lake Champlain                       Registration for all of the events will open around April first on a first come first served basis via the acbs.org web site. Numbers of slips and event seats are finite. Feel free to email questions to the Chapter President, Sue Haigh at suelafever@gmail.com.

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter is a proudly associated with the Antique and Classic Boat Society. Our members support all forms of boating with an emphasis on preserving the past and safety. We acknowledge and support new techniques in construction and design in the preservation of older watercraft.
