The Mid-Atlantic Chapter has completed another successful “Mahogany & Steel” Car & Boat Show thanks to the tireless efforts of Our event Chairman, Carmen Deleo and his dedicated, hard-working crew. If you missed it our chapter still has one boat show left.  Saturday, September 14th the 40th Annual Antique and Classic Boat Festival will be held at Johnson Brothers Marina in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. This year’s  show will feature again judging as per the touring class guidelines (non ACBS) as well as a few surprises. We are also planning a number of cruising events throughout the remaining, summer and fall. All we need is for you to come out and enjoy the activities with us.

The Chapter also has great expectations for the upcoming year 2025 will be the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Antique & Classic Boat Society. There will be a great celebration at the Antique Boating Museum in Clayton, New York. We are so excited to kick off the celebration of ACBS’ 50th anniversary! One focus for this anniversary year is profiling each ACBS chapter in the Weekly Web Watch. We hope you’ll help us gather information about our Mid-Atlantic Chapter including photographs and return to me. The Chapter is already planning to send representatives and I hope you will consider attending.
